Want to shift from ‘it’s not my job.’ to ‘How can I help?’ Culture?
Let’s Talk!
Who I work with + What's possible.
-

Women Entrepreneurs + her leadership team
Because when you invest in your team to love their work, get along, be challenged in a healthy and inspiring way and support them - they stay. When great people stay, you can do most anything. your team sets their mind to.
-

ESOP Leadership Teams
Most ESOP companies nail the transaction. Then employees are called "owners" — and nothing changes. I help ESOP leadership teams build the culture where words and actions actually align — where every employee thinks, acts, and leads like an owner.

Women Financial Leaders
Description goes herThe Women's Multigenerational Teaming Lab is a nationally curated, facilitator-led program designed for forward-thinking firms and the women advisors they champion. For advisors, it's a powerful pathway to values-aligned partnerships that protect client legacies and fuel long-term practice growth. For firms, it's a strategic investment in succession, retention, and the advancement of women's leadership. Together, we're building the future of financial services — one intentional partnership at a time.

For Coaches
I have been using my Intention Wheel since 2002. It gives the client and me a road map for the entire year. It creates, direction, clarity when lost during the year and reminds us how to show up in all aspects of our lives. It is a powerful coaching tool.

Philosophies I Live + Work By:
-

Health First.
Health First. Taking care of ourselves in all aspects of life: physical, emotional, attitude/mind and our energy, is critical to our success. And to me, it needs to be a priority, because when we take good care of ourselves, we can be our best selves in the rest of life. And as our best selves we are more able to come from a place of love + kindness in all aspects of life.
-

Be Fully Responsible.
Holding our world in the palm of our hands and allowing it to be held ever so gently yet with great care, this is full responsibility. We create our lives. Nobody else. We are responsible for our choices and their impact. We are also responsible for our words and our actions and to ensure they are aligned. We are responsible for our own reality, our own happiness and for making the world better while we are here. Being fully responsibile in the strangest way - sets us free.
-

Be Mindful.
Nature helps me be mindful. A sunset. A beautiful flower. The wind in my hair. Watching the birds. Simply, mindfulness is being conscious, fully present to this moment. The funny thing, to me, is that the more mindful we become, the less mindful we realize we are. Being mindful is a life journey. And it is when life challenges us that being mindful gets truly challenged. When life is easy - it’s much easier to be mindful. The work, to me, is to practice: Be Here Now.
-

Live With Intention.
When we set our sails, we choose where we are going, we don’t just let the wind blow us around. This is the power of Intention. Intention is ‘a determination to act in a particular way.’ And when we choose to live with intention we can ‘prepare’ how we will go about anything such as a meeting, how we parent in a specific situation, how we be a partner at dinner, etc. When we live with Intention, we choose to be less reactive, more proactive. And only then can we finally be our true selves.
-

Have Conscious Impact.
I believe that when our basics (health, money, relationships) are in order we have huge capacity to have positive impact in the world. Perhaps we want to have positive impact on one other person or maybe on an industry or a whole community… but whatever we choose, we get to decide the impact we want to have. No good can be too small— it all matters and it is all meaningful. Gestures of love + kindness make the world magical whether we are the giver or the receiver. I love to ask: What good will I do today?
-

Learn + learn more.
Noticing and being curious is how we learn. And the more we learn the better humans we become. I believe that we can be students of ourselves for a life time. We make mistakes all the time, I’m the first to admit it, but I will also be the first to look for the lesson too. There is no failure as long as there is learning.
