• We will provide you a proposal so that we are all on the same page.

• If your are ready to invest in your team, we will schedule your first team session and get started on your goals

• Most of the time we will meet via zoom and now and then we will do in person team sessions as well as retreats for teams as long as it makes logistical and financial sense to invest in this way.
