Our home is at the south end of the lake, making for easy access and close to excellent stores in either Chestertown or Schroon Lake if needed. Yet private with your own 100’ of lake front. The home itself is a classic custom Adirondack home with all wood cathedral ceilings, open floor plan and gas fireplace allowing you to turn on the ambiance with a click! Plus it faces southwest so you get to have long days with sunsets as much as mother natures allows.

Enjoy a vacation on Schroon Lake in a custom Adirondack home. It is impeccable in that the banisters have wood railings from the property. The knobs on the kitchen cabinets are little branches. The stools at the kitchen bar are made from wood from the property. The shelving in the bathrooms are made from wood from the property as well. The detail, with its Adirondack flare is exquisite. This home has been made with Love and it feels it when you enter. It sleeps 10 comfortably with 4 bedrooms plus a loft and 2.5 half baths. There is also an outdoor shower for the summer months.
This home can be rented any season:
Summer: to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the lake and all the water fun
Fall: to enjoy the leaves changing and the crisp air with the fireplace at night
Winter: to enjoy skiing at Gore or take a short drive to the Lake George winter carnival and enjoy the pristine and peaceful snow falls.
or Spring: as the Adirondack mountains come alive again with the buds and wildlife.
The rental rate is as follows:
Summer months for all of July and August rental rates are $5800 (weekly rental only)
Off season non holiday are $785/night: with a 3 day minimum.
Holiday weeks Non Summer: (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Presidents Week/Ski Week, Labor Day, Memorial Day): $5800 (weekly minimum)
+ Cleaning fee ($350 includes clean sheets for beds!), + Security (refunded after you leave)
